Wooo first time linking up for WIAW. I always think about starting… on Wednesday. When I see all the other WIAW posts I want to join in but never have a recap or complete pictures of my eats. I finally got a day of eats down. Usually it is because I am so go go go at school I think about taking photos after eating… #fail.

Breakfast: Banana Chocolate Chip muffin with peanut butter, Overnight Oats with granola and mini m&ms on top, coffee, and berries
Snack: Trail mix, a fit n’ crisp bar
Lunch: Omlette stuffed with tuna/veggie salad, lactose free exrta sharp cabot cheese, and quac on top with some salt and pepper crackers
Snack: some more trail mix 🙂 and later some froyo
Dinner: salad with pesto tofu, tuna/veggie salad, roasted sweet potatoes
Dessert: a handful of chocolate covered nuts… and some pizza crust at a SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Committee) plus some Cinnamon Life cereal
This morning I was up at 7:15 to hit up the gym and do some last minute studying. I set my coffee and headed out to read my notes on the elliptical. Now I am off to class and my first test of the year! Happy Patriots Day! and thank you to all military and military related out there, my boyfriend is studying at the Naval Academy now so I know the stress they go through today. Have a good Wednesday.
