Back to Wednesday again and is it a good one at that! Today is my last day of class for the week and fall break starts! I’m not doing anything too exciting though; I am babysitting starting tomorrow until next Wednesday, but this means a full kitchen and fridge! The parents are away in Europe to celebrate their anniversary and they are basically family so it is not too hard to watch the kids for a few days.
I feel like I change up my format each week but I haven’t found a style for WIAW that i’m totally in love with yet. Remember to take pictures of meals and snacks for an entire day is hard! So here are just a few different things I have been eating over the last week.
I’ve been eating a lot of the same things lately since it is easy and choices are limited as a college student. Lots of yogurt, overnight oats, trail mix, cereal, baked goods with some other more healthy things like fruit, salads, grains And most importantly each morning starts with a big travel mug of coffee that I sprinkle cinnamon on top of the ground before brewing!! It makes a really good pot of coffee 🙂
