WIAW: What I’m Eating Lately #4

Hello again on this lovely Wednesday, not as great as last week though because I have a full week of school but still not bad. I finish up babysitting tonight, leave for a race tomorrow, and my mom comes into town tomorrow. I’ve been spoiled for the last week. While babysitting we had so many vegetables, a fully stocked fridge and kitchen with all the extra ingredients and things you could think of, and all the necessary dishware and utensils. On Sunday I cooked a ton of the veggies to have easy access too for the beginning part of the week.
The parents get back super later night, they land at 11 pm, so my plan is to sleep at their house again and just head off to school on Thursday morning. It’ll be a busy day since we leave at 4:45 pm for Alabama and I have class in the afternoon. The race is at 5:30 pm on Friday and we’ll leave straight from there to come back to school with a 5 hours drive that puts us back to campus around 1/2 am. Luckily it’s the weekend by then so I can sleep in!

Buttt anyways here are some of the eats I captured!
