What I Ate Wednesday: a lot of breakfast!

Hello, hope your week is off too a good start so far! I am heading home today for the Nike half marathon in DC. Super Excited! So for the last week or so I have been noticing a trend in all my eats… maybe because breakfast is super easy to make and I always have all the fixings in my dorm when I don’t want to go out or to the dining hall but I have been eating breakfast multiple times a day everyday! Even as I am typing this up I am eating some protein pancakes for lunch. I did at least decide to add some spinach to the batter to get some greens in! My friends thought the pancakes looked nasty but they taste good, I promise.

I did eat a few salads, quinoa, lentils, and of course Tuesday sushi, but breakfast far outweighs them so that’s my focus this week. Turn back in for more of my breakfasts on Sunday for Arman’s Spill it Sundays too!

So there you have lots of oats, yogurt, granola, bananas, pancakes, sweet potato, eggs, fruit, etc. Not all the breakfast meals or meals I ate but the ones I managed to picture! Have a great Wednesday!
