What I Ate Wednesday #41

Hey there! I am actually checking in for  WIAW with Jen!!! First time in a long time! Nothing fancy today but food pictures are always good enough 🙂 Wednesday are actually my good days class wise too! So hopefully as you are reading this I am getting ahead on some work if I am not in class, rehab, or getting my workout in. Also, it is OCTOBER! That means if officially (acceptable) pumpkin season, and eat all the candy month, and it is almost Fall break! With that I am using the Fall Into Good Habits WIAW image 🙂 to encourage a few more fruits and veggies while there is chocolate and candy and yummy baked goods all over the place.
