What I Ate Wednesday #48

Hello and Goodmorning! Break has started so I am in a good mood! And we have had pretty good weather this week, yesterday was a little cold but not as bad as last week. Is everyone else off of school/work yet? I hope so! I am ready for some pumpkin pie and Thanksgiving food πŸ™‚ We are going to make the sweet potato biscuits and pumpkin pie tomorrow after the Turkey Trot 5 Mile race in the morning.

Other weird things to think about… I now officially only have 1 week of college classes left. WOW! ONE WEEK. It is crunch time! I have been trying to prepare a little, when I am not doing homework, for things to get ready to go back to Maryland but I will write about that later. Today is about the food. I do believe my food pictures are prettier when I am not at school, in my opinion, I have plenty of class and dorm room desk pictures too though, don’t worry. Just keeping it real for a life as a college student, soon to be graduate! Here’s some of my food!

Sorry the pictures are out of order meal wise but I am feeling a little lazy and not wanted to copy and paste them to move them all around, usually I upload them by meal/type of food but not this week. I did have lots of good food though! Lots of vegetables and a few treats in the form of frozen yogurt and some donuts… I got the first two 1/2 donuts at work ate some them and saved the second half for later, and then I had a free coffee at dunkin and was really curious about the croissant donut since Do’sants (in New Orleans) are AWESOME.

Verdict:It is okay, more soft/donut like than flaky croissant like.
Winner= Do’sant because the flakiness is the best part

Hope you enjoyed some of my food and are getting ready to feast tomorrow! Thanks to Jen for another week of WIAW!
