What I Ate Wednesday #51

I am back! With the good stuff 🙂 I have a lot of food pictures to dump today. I know everyone is busy getting ready for Christmas and working on Christmas dinner but I hope you have time to enjoy everyones WIAW pictures! We spent a lot of time last night making desserts and what not. We are having an unconventional/Texas Christmas eve dinner. We are having it at my moms boyfriends house with a bunch of friends. I think there are 12 people total. On the menu (for everyone else) is tamales and chili plus some beef dish of some sort. Sides/Appetizers involve homemade guacamole with chips and salsa, a salad, and potatoes. Then I am having salmon as my mail component. Desserts are a kahlua chocolate pie, eggnog pie, ginger molasses cookies, and a pumpkin pie. My mom and I spent yesterday running around different grocery stores to get all the ingredients but I am happy we got it done so we could start getting everything ready. Seesh! That was a lot! I hope you enjoyed. I ate a lot of sushi in the last week 🙂 yumm. Hopefully I can keep that up! I have been cooking a lot too which I love! That is all I have for today. Happy Holidays!
