Oh hi there, it has been awhile… again. Life got very very busy and I just couldn’t keep up. If you have been reading for awhile you might remember that I mentioned we (my boyfriend and I) were moving to California… if you are new well then I live in California now!
It was a hectic time of moving from Rhode Island to Annapolis to San Diego and once I got out here we had to get settled and I needed to find a job. Lots of new things going on over here but I can update you all on that tomorrow 🙂 Today is a WIAW post, my all time favorite posts to read and write.
Breakfast: Coffee x2, dark chocolate espresso beans, yogurt bowl with pb cookies n crean protein powder and chocolate chex, chocolate chips, and sprinkles on top.
Lunch: Smoothie in a bowl- blueberries, banana, pb protein powder, greek yogurt, kale, cashew milk, topped with granola and coconut
Snack: Oatmeal chocolate chip quest bar plus some un-pictured popcorn I shared with my dog 🙂
Dinner: Eggs, kale, broccoli and cauliflower, beef-less crumbles with avocado and salsa plus a sweet potato with cinnamon coconut butter
Dessert: homemade brownie with ice cream, caramel, and chocolate chips followed by a handful (or two) or m&ms
And thats a wrap! We end out nights pretty early since Shane leaves for work at 5:30 am.
