YAY. It is Saturday! This week just dragged on and I didn’t want to do anything besides sleep and chill by the pool. Too bad that isn’t an option during the week. I was so tired by Friday. Due to babysitting until midnight Thursday night then needing to get to the office Friday morning. Boo. Luckily I got to sleep in today!
So here are my workouts from the week. Some good variety and lots of walking.
Sunday: Plyo fix extreme + doggie walks
Monday: Piyo upper body yoga + doggie walks
Tuesday: 6.5 mile run (51 minutes) + doggie walks
Wednesday: Cardio Fix extreme + doggie walks
Thursday: 45 min cardio + doggie walks
Friday: 45 min cardio + doggie walks
Saturday: Upper fix extreme + doggie walks
No long run today because we are doing it tomorrow, Sunday. So tomorrow will be a busy day with a long run and babysitting and normal Sunday chores. Luckily I did some cleaning on Friday so there isn’t too much to do.
I totally count dog walks as activity too I probably walk 4-5 miles a day while taking the dog out. He needs lots of activity!
Now if only I was fit enough to be competing in the olympics right now 🙂 One can dream right??
