Hey there blog readers, fellow running and health advocates and/or berry lovers 🙂 My name is Paige and I love to run, eat lots of berries, and many other things. I am a recent college graduate (December 2014). I went to Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and have then moved back to Maryland for about 9 months. Next up was 5-6 months in Newport, RI and then finally onto San Diego, CA were we currently reside.
I have quite a few limitations on what I can eat so the things I like I love and I am constantly broadening my taste buds and learning how to cook new things and in new ways. I like to say I am either the easiest or hardest person to feed because if you do not know me you might be at a loss but if you do you realize there are easy and simple foods I love and never tire of.
I hope to grow my love and knowledge of the health and fitness world post college. I became interested through my involvement with athletics and want to continue my active life. I have a certification in Sports Nutrition as well as Personal Nutrition through Shaw Academy.
I try my best to live a life that inspires others to meet their health and fitness goals. I am a Schwinn certified indoor cycle instructor as well at CPR/First Aid/AED certified. I am always looking to further/expand my health and fitness knowledge though and hope you stick around for the journey!
Some other things about myself are that I have a great boyfriend, Shane. We met through runnings senior year of high school. I ran D1 collegiately and took the 5k indoor record at a clip of 16:59 plus but my name in the books in a few other races. I love the environment and have a passion for food and cooking. The food network is one of the few channels I actually watch on the TV. I also started practicing yoga in April 2012 and have grown to enjoy it a lot and try to go as often as possible. I am up to trying anything at least once and love to spend my time being active, outside, and with the people I love.

Is there any way you can remove people from that service?
Many thanks!
