What I Ate Wednesday #33

It’s Wednesday? IT IS WEDNESDAY!

Just a little bit of excitement because today at 1130 central time Shane lands in New Orleans! Yay!! I kid you not when I say I have been extremely lonely. I have a ton of work to do but that doesn’t mean that I like being all alone everyday after I leave class. I have been staying on campus until dinner time most nights to do some reading so I am not all alone in my apartment. I kind of wish I had night classes so that I could A- tan during the day time B- wouldn’t be alone at night every night.

Well that was not an option sooo here I am 1.5 weeks down 3.5 more to go! Let’s look at some good food shall we?

You can tell what I have in my fridge right now- refried black beans. quinoa/brown rice, lettuce, edamame, red peppers, broccoli/cauliflower, sweet potatoes, and avocado plus the addition on many overnight oats because they are just so easy. But hey I am using what I have here since I am only feeding one and not stocking the fridge too much because I will only be here a few weeks.

Also that new flavor at Yogurtland- toasted coconut caramel… yeah it’s pretty much the best flavor ever. Maybe equal to yofrape (chocolate, coffee, caramel) but they have’t had that flavor in over a year so I’m obsessing over what I can currently indulge in! If you live near a Yogurtland I HIGHLY recommend you go see if they have that flavor!
