Hey there, It has been a little bit since I linked up with my eats. I kept saying I would get to my posts and then more and more things would come up for school or work and I would never get around to it. I really am gonna try to get back into the groove though because I am hoarding way too many pictures on my phone!
As y’all may know if you saw my previous post, yesterday (November 11/Veteran’s Day) was my birthday! I am 22! So crazy. Well I got all of yesterdays meals (not all snacks) on here so I hope you enjoy! Plus some extra food pictures.
Pre gym: dark chocolate espresso beans and some trail mix with my coffee
Breakfast: Pumpkin Pie (I added cinnamon bun protein powder and cut out sugar) with greek yogurt
Lunch: Butter lettuce salad with mushrooms, broccoli, salmon, avocado, quinoa/brown rice
Dinner: Sushi!!
Dessert: 3 x pb chocolate pretzel nuggets, pumpkin pie brownie and ice cream, and popcorn while watching The Other Woman! A little more sugar than usual but that’s okay with me đŸ™‚
Overall, I had a good Birthday! I got a couple packages in the mail on Monday so I saved those to open in the morning and then already knew my present from my mom (the paddle board) which is still super awesome. I had a longer day of classes but was happy to get to go out to dinner with good friends.
Here are the other meals too from the last week or two! I had lots of good eats while babysitting last week, always a bonus as a college student.
